App for Audio Books

What app do you use to listen to audio books on your iPad or iTouch?

I have been using Eddy which I like but lacks the ability to remember where you stopped or to set a bookmark.

My requirements (wish list) are.
Ability to download files (books) from Dropbox and/or Google Drive.
Fast-forward or reverse by 15 or 30 second intervals.
Remember where you stopped in the middle of a file or set a bookmark.

App doesn't have to be free. I don't mind paying a bit if the app does all or most of the above and is easy to use.

Thanks.
