I've had no problems with 3.11 on my touch - that is the last firmware upgrade for the touch under normal upgrading procedures.

I did read somewhere that 2.8 was the last version for stats on chapter time to finish for sideloaded epubs. Since your's are all sideloaded you might miss that feature.

Just remember when upgrading your touch passed 3.11 firmware to not unpack all the firmware upgrade (I can't remember the file) .. the file to copy over is KoboRoot.tgz

3.13 I have heard brings back the chapter stats for sideloaded epubs

and it appears some people have already manually upgrade to the latest firmware 3.13 with no problems
