And the three you listed are written by Coker himself. He's actually the author and publisher and isn't acting as a distributor.
Finding them on Amazon is... curious... considering how he routinely excoriates Amazon for their policies, most notably SELECT.

Typically, indie publishers will distribute directly to Kindle and use aggregators like Smashwords and Direct2Digital, among others, to reach the epub markets. Direct2Digital, in particular, is newer and smaller than Smashwords but they seem to be getting a lot of good word of mouth on the few authors sites I check out because they focus solely on improving their distribution system and don't spend time or efforts on a storefront or criticizing Amazon.
