A Woman's Guide to Overcoming Depression by Archibald D. Hart Ph.D. & Catherine Hart Weber Ph.D., who are a licensed psychologist and a licensed family/marriage therapist, respectively, is their mental health issues self-help advice guide, free courtesy of Christian publisher Baker's Revell imprint.
I did a quick skim inside this one, and this seems almost completely non-"inspirational", with lots of very standard-looking non-faith-involving practical advice and only a few heartening scriptural quotes to head the chapters, so perhaps more secular Gentle Readers who are coping with such issues could also benefit from some of their tips.
