These are good for active people.
Easier to use than your phone during activities like lifting weights or swimming.
It is also nice if you carry a large phone.
Say you have someone who only talks on the phone four or five times a week, but plays games, reads books, listens to music, and watches video on a large phablet. They don't want to wear a Bluetooth headset all the time, but a smart watch can let them control their music or check incoming text messages without getting the phablet out. This is particularly useful in winter, when it may be in a purse, in a brief case or under several layers of protective clothing.
