How long are the titles, and how long is the filename path to the containing folder?
That's it! I don't really need the intermediate folder step for what I'm doing, if I uncheck covers and data (The people I'm distributing to can add them into Calibre if they like).

Now more experimenting with tags - looks like they're used alphabetically for export folders, so I need to preference all my tag names with A, B, C, etc. or 1, 2, 3, maybe. then if it looks funny, I can do a windows global renamer to strip off the folder name prefixes.

Or is there a better way?
