Unfortunately, I'm going to choose not to use that. My reason is given below:
I specifically contacted through email (the ONLY email address for this type of transaction) and it goes to one person only who is specifically mentioned who deals with Western Union purchases. In other words, he sets up the transaction, and I complete it at my end.
