You did fail to mention you wanted it in EPUB .
Using a spreadsheet would allow you to sort anyway you wanted. CSV is a common spreadsheet input format.
OTOH CSV format does not do cover images

What you want (custom col sort) is not possible as is. Given how long the Catalog has been stable, I don't see effort being done to add that feature.
You can include your Priority field (EPUB options:at bottom) in the comments
