Jailbreak and install the screensavers hack.

It has multiple modes, including shuffling through a custom folder of screensaver images, but my favorite is cover mode -- the cover of the last book you read.

If you specifically want those KK screensavers you will need to track down their location in the Kindle OS and copy them over.
