Is it possible to sort Book Descriptions in a catalog in a particular order.

For example, I want to create a catalog of my favourite 50 books and only include the book descriptions in the catalog. I know how to do this
However, I want to order the book descriptions so that my favourite book appears first, then my second, etc.
When I create the catalog it appears to sort the books by author surname as default
Is what I want possible. I know I can reorder the files manually in "Edit Book" or using Sigil but that way is very laborious

Any help would be appreciated.
