I think eschwartz just meant that Sigil
enforces a particular directory structure on all epubs (which it does), whereas calibre's editor will happily work with an epub's original directory structure without changing it. "Arrange into folders by type" is something a user may
choose to do with calibre's editor; and the directory structure can be customized. Sigil's directory restructuring is mandatory, uncustomizable, automatic, and silent.
