I have the same problem. For me it seems to be related to the size of the library; small (very small!) libraries seem to be fine, larger ones the behavior is as you describe. It is the same on 32 and 64bit notebooks and 64bit PC. If I recall correctly this behavior did not appear with earlier versions.

That said, I do find that some other store apps of various other types do the same thing.
