Exactly, you create the folder in the root directory of the user partition.
I am not sure what you mean. You copy your custom dictionaries, which are zip files, into the folder costomdict.

I'll test and inform here
that "zip again" refered to KoboRoot.tgz
because I unzip it and make change to one of files (rcS) so I should zip it again as a tgz file ( not originally available in windows ) by TUGzip
