Don't know if the KOBO device has an Adobe DRM ID setting for the device like the Nook. The library books need the Adobe DRM ID for getting any book & think it can only be used for the ereader it is set for & cannot be used for any other ereader (tried that already).
The PRS T-2 isn't a tablet, it's an eInk reader that has/had the ability to borrow library books (through OverDrive) right from the device.
