Just finishing up Trevanian's novel Shibumi. It's kind of a masterpiece, written back in the 70's and it doesn't suffer with age the way many old spy type thrillers do, like Ian Fleming's. He's the guy that wrote The Eiger Sanction from which they made that Clint Eastwood movie (book far better than movie fyi). I read both of those books a long time ago and I noticed the other day they were available so I snagged them.
Haven't popped in here for awhile so.. before that I read Rafael Sabatini's Scaramouche and Vernor Vinge's Fire Upon The Deep. Both great.
