I can also add that sugar on French Fries is not all that good either.

I learnt that in University when after an all nighter to work on a Computer Science project and then classes, I want to a diner with a friend for lunch, ordered a club sandwich and fries, and grabbed the wrong shaker and covered the fries in sugar.
