I agree with WilliamG. The variable is more likely the user than the devices.

I ordered my Voyage when it came out but my sister just brought it to me here in Mexico. I like it. I like the smooth surface across the device. I like the higher contrast and sharper fonts. I like the size. I really like having the on/off button on the back where it's easy to find. The page buttons impressed me so much I turned them off and really don't see the point to them.

I hate the Origami cover. It's fine if you're reading at a table or desk but most of my reading isn't at a table or a desk and in a chair, on a park bench, sitting on a curb, or standing in line at the market the Origami cover is a pain. I am paying the shipping to have a better cover sent to me and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

My opinion of the Voyage is positive overall but I don't think it's worth the price. If it is lost or stolen I would probably replace it with a Paperwhite 2.
