working with some? definetely.
I am not ashamed to admit that there are colleagues who are smarter than me. I value their input and try to learn as much as possible. those who are not as smart as me - if they are willing- I teach.
That is why I am one of the best in my company at what I do (and I do have some 11.000 colleagues in the same job category as I).
My question is how you know who is smarter than you without knowing the people?
