@TWHanson1 - same as any other similar environment variable.

Create a directory such as %systemdrive%\CalibreTemp

Then set CALIBRE_TEMP_DIR as a user variable to that directory, either using the SetX - Set environment variables command, or via Control Panel->System->Advanced Settings->Environment Settings
