I was unfamiliar with Marlena de Blasi and her books until I ran across these ebooks on markdown. She has written a series of cookbooks, but these are not a part of that series. These books do have recipes in them, however (that's why I chose to post them on the "Cookbooks" thread). They are part of a series of books that look to me to be kind of a combination of memoir, travelogue, and cookbook. It appears that these two books are the only ones of the series presently available as Kindle ebooks.
