I downloaded from official website http://sigil-ebook.com/get/ and unofficial http://www.mobileread.mobi/forums/showthread.php?t=247156 and portable http://portableapps.com/apps/office/sigil-portable. They were all failed. But I am happy to use portable Sigil 0.8.4 now.
