Has anybody ever had this happen to them? If so, is there a solution? I am on holiday and I really want to continue reading this book!

I had this happen to me when I used epubmerge on joining a whole series of books by one author - all public domain stuff.

It worked fine on my Amazon ebook readers, but not a single Kobo would open the file. It was protected by DRM, when I know for a fact that none of these individual ebook files contained DRM.

I gave up and went to the bathroom.
