Kenny thank you for drawing this artist to my attention, I have been wondering about your avatar since I first saw it. However I would have to say that I hadn't seen any of Wood's paintings prior to your avatar and wonder how the claim can be made that it's one of the most recognisable in the world.
Hey, what do I know about art .... diddly squat .... because I have been in the odd art gallery or three and do see the odd painting discussed here and there in various documentaries .... so I must just have not really 'seen it' before especially if it has been discussed and is that popular. (Gee I've even seen the Mona Lisa in the Louvre, not that that's got anything to do with anything.)
This is not a jab at you, just wondering who on earth writes stuff that tries to impress on others what they find influential for themselves. (Yep, I know, we all do that, lol!
