I'll ask around to see what our Merch team says and get back to you.
Also- sounds like a few of you are seeing epub3 available for download, which is great news (it's always nice when things just work
).
Note: if you come across a book that says it has download options but does not work, please pm me the book so we can investigate. We are aware of a few issues recently, but again generally speaking we want to allow open downloading of your books, and the only time we won't allow downloading is if the publisher has set the content so.
Hope that clears things up, I'll let the call centre know as it sounds like there's a bit of historical confusion still lingering. Thanks for everyone's help!
