I don't see why not, at least it should connect fine.
I think my major issue with it would be the fear that it would simply crash the browser.
I can only get GMail on my Kindle by using the extra-special mobile website
http://m.gmail.com -- the one they automatically use doesn't load more than a few emails by default and conks out on the loader that is supposed to show more. Well, it doesn't crash, but it doesn't work either.
