My Kindle Paperwhite has suddenly stopped connecting to Calibre. I've never had a problem with it before in all the time I've been using it. Today, I plugged it in and got the following error:

I've tried rebooting it, I've tried a different USB port, same issue. Is the only option to factory rest it?
