Maybe I should consider using Calibre afterall. After what I understand epub --> mobi. would be an easier conversion than doc./docx.? And if Calibre is able to send automatically to the kindle it should not be to much of a hassle.

Will Calibre be able to help me organize these documents into some type of folder?

Also what about converting to Azw3?
