change log :

-use new launcher to replace launcher
-add A2 animation update in scrolling view and web view
-fix screen update issue of neo reader when status bar is not visible
-add startup tutorial
-add set screen saver
-Neo Reader , in full screen, bring up the settings menu, click on the bottom right of the page for page jumps
-Oreader font path change to sdcard/adobe/sources/fonts
