I tested this issue with the current 32/64bit 0.8.4 Windows and Linux builds and was only able to reproduce it with the 32/64bit Linux builds.

As a workaround, Linux users can do the following:

1. Select Edit > Preferences > Preserve Entities and add  .
2. Replace all occurrences of   with  .
