I agree, and I'm from Pennsylvania. I pronounce "dew" as "dooo". I realize some people pronounce it "d'you" and I *can* say that but it isn't the normal for me.

Now, "all" and "oil" is a whole 'nother ball o' wax, but that wasn't in the above poem! As a Northerner, I pronounce them quite differently from each other.
