I don't mind website style tips, but it always seems to me that the font|color|contrast "experts" that seem to come out of the woodwork in situations like this, might be a
little overzealous with (and maybe hyper-sensitive to) these things.
The fact that it's 1) an available Wordpress template that 2) some people
choose over other available templates, should be proof enough that it's attractive
enough to
some--and not as inherently "bad" as others want to believe.
Consensus will never be achieved. *shrug*
This isn't a scenario where the full psychology of color need be combined with the perfect font/contrast to generate the highest volume of involuntary click-through traffic possible. Most of the people who find Sigil's page will already have been looking for it for a reason.
