B&N might be slightly harder to setup to remove the DRM, but once set, it's no harder than Amazon.

Kobo ebooks are not trivial at all if I want to read a drm free book right away on my tablet because I have no way to download it. And I really dislike the Kobo app. If it's drm free I should be able to download and read on whatever app I choose.
