Please run first-thing the "After Version Upgrade" job near the top of the Q&S main menu in order to upgrade your Q&S SQLite database(s) to Q&S DB version 4.8.0. This job must be run separately for each Q&S library (although most folks have only one), since each library has its own metadata.db file that must be upgraded.
