Instead of derailing this thread into pointless complaints about someone's avatar, complaints that accomplish a carefully calculated nothing-at-all, I suggest you do what you were supposed to do in the first place, and press the report button (in the bottom left corner of each post box -- a screenshot is helpfully attached, for your elucidation). You can then file a formal complaint to the only people who care (and, coincidentally, the only people who can do anything about it), that someone is IYHO, violating the forum guidelines re: excessively-animated avatars.
