Kobo's websites says that the H2O's resolution is 1430x1080 at 265 dpi. That's not possible as 1430x1080 is 264 dpi and it's not the same resolution as the Kindle Voyage. So the only way to have the same resolution as the Voyage is for there to be a mistake in the resolution on the Kobo website. It has to be 1440x1080 in order to be the same as the Voyage and be 265 dpi.
