I fully expected that special version to crash as well. I was just trying to get it to do so without Data Execution Prevention getting in the way. That seemed to work, but quite frankly, I was expecting one of the qt modules to be at fault, not ntdll. That doesn't seem to shed much light on things, sorry (except that a hardware/driver related issue is likely). That's an access violation of some kind. Thanks for trying it and reporting back, though.
