A few of the books that Baker has on sale look interesting. These are on sale pretty much everywhere and Baker books are couponable at Kobo.

A Rabbi Looks at the Last Days: Surprising Insights on Israel, the End Times and Popular Misconceptions by Jonathan Bernis is $.99.
B&N Kobo Amazon.

I bought his A Rabbi Looks at Jesus of Nazareth when it was on sale, but unfortunately haven't read it yet.

Why the Universe Is the Way It Is by Hugh Ross is on sale for $2.99.
B&N Kobo Amazon

I haven't read this book, but I've read enough of Hugh Ross's stuff to have a pretty good idea what it's about. Ross is an old-Earth creationist, which for those of you not fully briefed on the varieties of creationism, means that he thinks that the Universe began with the Big Bang fourteen billion years ago, but evolution is still right out. You can check out his website to see if this might be for you.
