As you're from Germany, too: Is that non-working wireless network by chance operating on channels 12/13? Or a HT40+ (802.11n, claiming +1 channel) network on channel 11? Those sdio/scatter errors are only an interfacing matter between host chipset and Wifi chipset. Might lead to a speed degradation, but shouldn't really interfere with Wifi operation.
