From talking to my associate guy quite some time ago last yeaer, I know they have been working on gift cards. They used to be available in the US and aren't anymore and I think they are revamping the program. I don't know what they didn't like about it, but perhaps this is some kind of maintenance. My advice would be to check back often...but not that often because if they are coding it, they aren't that fast!
