Contact Amazon support, just like the Amazon message says.
Nothing about the jailbreak is involved, and if you don't tell them ....
use the ;dm command in the search bar of the Kindle to make the logs visible, and use that as the source of information when working with CS rather than what you see over the serial port (which, of course, you haven't made any connections to ).
