I now have a working Kobo Glo
Thank you so very very much for the SD card image. It was relatively simple to do by following the instructions in the link provided.
I did discover in this process that the SD card that was in the Kobo did indeed have problems with it. I could not image it, nor reformat it.
I had two extra SD cards here (a 2Gb and a 4Gb) and imaged both of them. I put the 4Gb in the Kobo, and it started right up. I put the 2Gb, same thing it started right up. The 2Gb, I put in the store box for safe keeping should I ever have this problem again. The 4Gb is in and Kobo has updated, loaded all 246 books and is working, YAY!
