problem with validation

These are errors noted by Pagina epub check (February 3, 2015 5:17:34 PM CST)
for an epub I'm working on:

ERROR: new cleaveland final v1.epub/OEBPS/Text/TOC.xhtml(31,58): '': fragment identifier is not defined in 'OEBPS/Text/TOC2.xhtml'

ERROR: new cleaveland final v1.epub/OEBPS/Text/Section0024.xhtml(352,115): 'f54': fragment identifier is not defined in 'OEBPS/Text/Endnotes.xhtml'

ERROR: new cleaveland final v1.epub/OEBPS/Text/Endnotes.xhtml(133,72): 'f54': fragment identifier is not defined in 'OEBPS/Text/Section0024.xhtml'

I fixed all the errors. There were mistakes in my coding. Sorry to bother you with a trivial problem.
