It's yummy
It's actually especially yummy between the toast and the cheese bits of cheese on toast. Gives it a nice tangy bite nothing like mustard also does.
(I really can't think of how to describe it. The tall and hairy one has helpfully, or not, suggested it tastes like
umami, except it tastes nothing like MSG)
