I'm not being dismissive of anything. If someone is unhappy with the Voyage, then for them it has a real problem, regardless of whether I or anyone else thinks the complaint is valid. I'm not being dismissive of complaints at all: all I'm saying is that I don't believe your view that it is "the norm" to regard the Voyage as defective is a correct one. Yes, there are certainly complaints, but a large majority of users appear to be happy with it.
