There are those in Britain who would doubt its edibility. The UK adverts have the tag line "You'll either love it or hate it." An unusual case of honest in advertising. However, it is an excellent cooking ingredient from bringing depth and flavour to food (it really helps lift my carrot potage).

Unless, of course, you're in Geneva where it seems to be some sort of chocolate pot used to celebrate defeating the French with the aid of some Soup. Or so I've been told.
