MRPI? Could you please clarify what I need to do to accomplish this? I am not a kindle developer, simply a kindle user. I do have a linux mint x64 system and can download and run whatever you direct me to. If there are more diagnostics I can run on the new K3 for you as well please let me know.

This is the fourth such K3 I have attempted to customize and the first time I have encountered any issues in doing so.

PS: I don't know if this means anything, but I seem to recall another .bin file in the mounted kindle root directory when I copied the jailbreak and ss updates into it. This file was gone when I copied the lpad update in. Is it possible that an Amazon update went bad and left things in a bad state? What action should I take next?
