Well, Windows is the system that is just supposed to work for people who don't know/can't be bothered with fighting their computer (and doing techie stuff), right?

So if a certain percentage of people are having such problems, what precisely are they getting out of Windows, that they could not get more easily out of, say, linux?

I mean, either way you have to fight with the system, right?
