There should be an "exceptions list" or "ignore me" list of some sort with your anti-virus software. Try googling "StackHash fault module" and seeing if there is some other way to deal with this. It truly is an issue with your anti-virus software.
BY the way, make sure you have verified the sha256 sum of your download to make sure nothing nasty go attached by any issues on your own machine.

Run a sha256 sum tool over your downloaded binary and it should exactly match one of the above. If not, try redownloading a fresh copy. There are online sha256 tools that will run the check for you if you do not have an executable.
