Not sure if this is a calibre or a Kindle question...
Is it possible to configure the calibre -> Kindle (Touch) such that the series index is visible on the Kindle book index.
I guess that I could (manually) add the index to each book title, but was wondering if there was a better way... in other words, how do others handle the reading order for book series?
