The browser is working fine. By "restart", do you mean performing a basic reset? I tap on "sync", the error message "Something went wrong... Please try again." immediately pops up. I tried syncing using Kobo Desktop as well but it also gives me the error message. I checked, there're no "stack_nn.log" files in the .kobo folder.
Sigh... I think if I still can't fix it, I'll just stick with using Pocket on my mobile. > _ <
